This Colorado Springs apartment community has the lowest density rate in the area
Colorado-based developer Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, recently completed FalconView, a 288-unit apartment community located near the intersection of I-25 and InterQuest Parkway in Northern Colorado Springs. Situated on 19-acre parcel with only 15.1 dwellings per acre, FalconView offers the lowest apartment density rate in the area.
“Every aspect of FalconView is designed to meet the growing demands among young professionals and families living and working along the I-25 corridor,” said Derek Conn, executive vice president and partner at Etkin Johnson.“FalconView offers an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy the best of Colorado living in an open-air environment with effortless accessibility to the Front Range. It has been very fulfilling to see our vision come to life as residents make the community their own.”
Contemporary aesthetics and high-end finishes are showcased throughout the property, Designed by Oz Architecture. The luxury apartment community includes 16 three-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging from 701 to 1,843 square feet. Each home features nine-foot ceilings, high-end appliances, an island kitchen, walk-in closets and either an outdoor terrace or patio.
FalconView’s garden-style concept is designed to build a sense of community among residents. In addition to ample open space, FalconView offers a suite of amenities including a clubhouse, resort-quality pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, dog wash station, bike and ski repair shop, and a large playing field and park unlike any other in Colorado Springs.
FalconView is managed by Allied Orion Group. Additional project partners include Mr. Lauren Brockman, principal of Convergence Multifamily Real Estate Group, as well as Vogel and Associates and Martines Palmeiro Construction. PNC Financial Services provided the construction financing for the project.
Etkin Johnson’s current portfolio includes office and industrial properties totaling nearly 3 million square feet across the Front Range, along with multifamily and hospitality holdings.
